Time Decision Engine ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered lead scoring SaaS product built for US real estate professionals. We help agents prioritize their time by analyzing lead messages and delivering scores, insights, and suggested replies.

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our service:

• Email address — used to identify your account and track your usage limit
• Phone number — optional, collected at signup if provided. Used exclusively to deliver SMS analysis notifications via Twilio
• TDE forwarding email address — a unique address (e.g. yourname@mg.timedecisionengine.com) is automatically generated for your account to enable the email forward feature
• Lead messages you submit or forward — processed by our AI engine to generate scores and insights. This includes messages pasted directly and emails forwarded to your TDE address
• Usage data — number of analyses performed, stored to enforce your plan limits
• Payment data — handled entirely by Paddle. We never see or store your card details

We do not collect your name, address, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

When you activate the email forward feature, a unique TDE email address is assigned to your account (e.g. yourname@mg.timedecisionengine.com). You can forward lead emails from your inbox to this address.

When an email is received at your TDE address, our system automatically processes it through the AI engine and delivers the analysis result to you. Emails are processed via Mailgun and are not permanently stored after analysis is complete.

You are responsible for ensuring that forwarding lead communications to our service complies with any confidentiality or data handling obligations you may have.

If you provide a phone number at signup, analysis results will be delivered to your phone via SMS using Twilio. Standard message rates from your carrier may apply.

Your phone number is used solely for delivering analysis results. We do not send marketing messages to your phone. You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by contacting us or replying STOP to any message.

• To deliver analysis results via SMS when a phone number is provided
• To process emails forwarded to your TDE address
• To send important service updates (not marketing)
• To respond to your support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you submit a lead message — whether pasted directly or forwarded by email — that message is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. Before transmission, our system automatically redacts phone numbers and email addresses from the message content.

We do not use your lead messages to train AI models. Messages are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently in our systems.

Our system is built to comply with the Fair Housing Act (FHA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The AI never infers or uses protected class information (race, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status) in its analysis.

Your account data is stored securely in Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database provider. All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest.

Payment processing is handled by Paddle, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store credit card information.

Email processing is handled by Mailgun. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio. Both services maintain industry-standard security practices.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of SMS notifications at any time
• Opt out of any other communications from us

We use browser local storage to remember your email address so you don't have to enter it every time you visit. No tracking cookies are used. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking services.
