You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided by this service. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our AI outputs.
Our system is designed to comply with the Fair Housing Act (FHA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The AI does not consider or infer protected class information including race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or familial status.
You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with all applicable fair housing laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Our tool is an aid, not a substitute for your professional and legal obligations.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges of $79 to your payment method.

The Decision Intelligence Engine platform, including its design, code, prompts, and scoring methodology, is our proprietary intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or replicate any part of this system.
You retain ownership of the lead messages you submit for analysis. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decision Intelligence Engine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in any activity that harms other users or our systems.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for matters eligible for small claims court.
